Celebrating Nashville's Most Romantic Weddings

Annie + Nate | Bell Tower

Annie and Nate made.my.year.

3 minutes into meeting with them, I knew they were going to be exactly the type of couple that I love to work with. Completely and totally in love, giddy with wedding planning excitement, smitten with the idea of spending forever together and equipped with a big, beautiful wedding vision. I heart couple likes these two!

Annie is as classy as they come. She wanted black and gold with a touch of pink, a little Gatsby and a little classic/old Hollywood. I brought all of my favorite vendors on board and we rocked it for Annie and Nate's beautiful November wedding at The Bell Tower in Downtown Nashville.

Before heading to The Bell Tower, Annie and her girls got ready at a beautiful Nashville AirBnB, perfect for her large {10 girls!} bridal party.

And then there was their perfect little ring bearer, Wiley! {He's wearing a bow tie!}

Cheers, Annie & Nate!

Kalina + Peter | The Wedding Woods

This girl and this guy. I rarely meet a couple so humble, grateful and focused on all of the right things when it comes to their wedding day as Peter and Kalina were. I knew when I first met them, with their super cool vibe and all around amazing vision, that their wedding day was going to be beautiful. I had no idea what a heartfelt, emotional (happy tears!) day I was in for.

The Wedding Woods was the perfect setting for the candlesticks and moss that were the anchor to their vision. Kalina chose simple, natural and beautiful table decorations that perfectly complimented their ceremony that was nestled in the most peaceful place in the woods.

There were lots of happy tears, lots of big laughs and loads of great dance moves long into the night (and quite possibly some hilarious groomsmen on playground equipment). Love like Peter and Kalina's reminds me that the food can be amazing, the flowers can be perfectly placed and full, but the love that brings us all together on their day is what truly makes a wedding day so wonderfully perfect.

Kim + Mark | Patron Platinum Club

There are weddings and then there are full wedding experiences. I have a serious love for weddings that surprise guests and create memories that will last forever.

Mark and Kim made it their mission to create a complete Nashville experience for their guests, start to finish. From the time guests landed in Nashville to their departures, they were surrounded with fun, love, open bars and incredible food. Kim's edgy style and Mark's laid back vibe made for an amazing weekend. Guest were greeted with a welcome reception at City Winery the night before the wedding where they enjoyed live music and cocktails. On Saturday, we moved the party to The Patron Platinum Club in Downtown Nashville where guests again enjoyed some of the best live music Nashville has to offer and hand picked food stations ranging from stir fry to Nash-ican and everything in between.

Kim chose a black dress (love!) and Mark surprised her with a song that he wrote, and sang, just for her. Their friends and family flew in from all corners of the country to be a part of their amazing day and (beyond) amazing it was!

Haley + Matt | The Corners on the River

A girl that knows just what she wants, is a girl after my own heart. Haley came to me with a very specific vision down to the shade of mauve that she wanted for her bridesmaids (I love a challenge!). Her bohemian style was a perfect match for The Corners on the River. You can't tell in the pictures (shout out to Candice, their amazing photographer), but it poured, completely poured, rain all day. At the last minute, we decided to keep their ceremony outside, away from the safety of any kind of covering, and it paid off big time. We had a perfect break in the weather and a beautiful ceremony under the tree that led Haley and Matt to choose The Corners on the River from the very beginning. It is no exaggeration to say the last few guests made it under the cover of the reception site just as the clouds opened and the rain came down. Haley and Matt are a true testament to the now proven fact (in my opinion) that a little (or a lot) of rain can't ruin a wedding day.

Fun Fact: These two brothers, married best friends. Now Haley's super fun maid of honor/best friend is also her sister-in-law. High five to that!

And just to make sure they had plenty of time to get perfect pictures together, Haley and Matt chose to get all dressed up again after they returned from their honeymoon for their couples pictures. Genius!

Zee + Brian | Cannery ONE

What. A. Party. Zee and Brian, their family and their friends know how to have a good time. From the minute they got to the venue in the morning until the last guest left, we were all laughing and enjoying their beautiful February day. Cannery ONE was the perfect location for their romantic, candlelit wedding and Michelle and Michael with Nashville Wedding Collection were able to capture every moment beautifully.

Before we lit the candles and closed the drapes, they enjoyed their family and friends all afternoon. The groomsmen took it old school and got all cleaned up at a local barber shop while the bridesmaids enjoyed Cannery's beautiful bridal suite.

Zee and Brian chose an evening ceremony to really capture the romantic feel, so they chose to take advantage of the daylight to sneak in a first look on the pedestrian bridge.

When guests arrived they were greeted with a beautifully lit aisle backed by lush draping done by Nashville Audio Visual. The blush, black, navy and white accents complimented the dark wood that fills Cannery perfectly.

If every wedding is as good of a time as Zee + Brian, I'm in for a great 2016!
